Ingleside Renaissance Faire

By on December 14, 2016

The past couple of weekends have been dedicated to renovating rooms and just general work around the house, so this weekend we decided to check out the Ingleside Renaissance Faire because it was time to get out of the house. I was impressed with how many activities they provided for kids and adults. There was an entertainment stage for plays and music, archery competition, birds of prey educational corner and they even had jousting! I think one of the most popular attractions was the walking tree. A loved him so much she followed him around everywhere and when he turned around to talk to her she ran and hid behind me. Even after we were home she would not stop asking about The Tree. We had a great time and A made a couple of friends who also shared a similar fascination with rocks and dirt. We came home with plenty of sticks and a huge shell with a dead hermit crab inside. I would say we had a successful trip.

(The hardest part was trying to take pictures while watching a toddler. Sneaky sneaky.)
